What "custom" actually covers
The standard product pages cover the common configurations; standard heights, standard panel widths, standard gate sizes. Custom fabrication covers anything outside those standard configurations.

How the process works

On-site assessment of the site conditions, dimensions, and any non-standard requirements that call for custom fabrication rather than a standard product configuration.
Material specification
We specify the material system, custom dimensions, and configuration. Custom work draws on the same material systems covered elsewhere; Colorbond, both KAYU hardwoods, and MWF Solutions lines through the contract-build relationship.

A detailed quote is generated through our estimate form; delivered to your email.
Contract
A local licensed contractor from our network holds the contract and performs the physical fabrication and installation.
Installation
A local licensed contractor from our network installs the custom fence or gate on-site, with Firewise providing install-crew consultation as needed.
Walkthrough
A final walkthrough confirms the custom dimensions, fit, and operation against the specification.
